Tools are part of the material
Design work here moves between Figma, code, motion, 3D, and AI agents; the interesting part is deciding which tool owns which decision.
The toolkit matters less as a list and more as a way of thinking. Some decisions should be drawn, some should be prototyped, and some should be shipped in code before they make sense.
For this site, the visual language, content model, and deployment pipeline all shape the final work. The portfolio is not just showing projects; it is also one of the projects.
That is the standard I want the site to keep: the craft should be visible in the thing itself.
